They gave us Wheelchair Accessible room with the shower, short walking distance to the main central area in busan and tub and that was essential. The location was particularly good, really close to all the main areas of interest in Busan, and lots of restaurants nearby, and the free parking was an excellent bonus.

Easy access to a 24-hour convenience store.

The cleanliness was severely lacking. I found dirty tea cups and a not fully cleaned bathroom upon arrival. The staff's attitude was robotic and unwelcoming. The air conditioning was a disaster-freezing cold while the room remained too warm was good. The emergency exits were constantly obstructed by dirty laundry, totally unacceptable!

We enjoyed spacious rooms with great views, and it was nice having some cable programming available for the kids' entertainment. The staff was helpful, and I loved how convenient it was to grab snacks from the 24-hour shop in the lobby.

The spacious Beautiful Double Room offered a very comfortable bed and lovely city views. Proximity to the subway and a convenience store in the lobby made daily needs easy to manage, while the nearby local restaurants provided great dining options. The noise from the street could be bothersome at times, and the cleanliness of some common areas didn't meet expectations. Access to specific hotel amenities was a bit confusing.

Our stay with friends was great! The location is perfect for exploring. We enjoyed delicious street food nearby and the convenience of a 24hr shop in the lobby. There's easy access to wash and dry clothes, helpful for our group.

Unfortunately, the couch in our room wasn't very clean, which led to some unpleasant bites .
